"Working with Sarah was not only enjoyable but very productive and efficient. Starting from scratch, she designed, developed and built our new site in just over 2 months from the critique of our old (successful site) through to the launch of the new one. Given, too, that the site contains some 80 pages and 250 photos, that's no mean feat.
Beware, though, she is a demanding task master, but I found that very useful as I was doing the writing, photo collation etc whilst also trying to run a busy Guest House at the same time - it was good to have the deadlines to work to.
Sarah always delivered what she said she would, when she said she would - a nice change in this day & age. She was also not afraid to speak up when she though one of my ideas was not a good one - her advice, both proactive & reactive, was always very constructive.

"The design brief was to modernise the dated website to attract new customers from the internet, particularly using google, and make it easier for our current clients to find out up to date information on holiday availability. Sarah took our initial ideas and gave a number of design and template looks and we were able to select the one which matched the feel and navigation functionality we needed for our customers.
Within a couple of weeks of this discussion, we had a structure we were happy with and Sarah delivered our user training which answered all our queries and was enough for us to get started in populating this with the specific content we needed. The changeover from the old website to the new was really straight forward and Sarah liaised directly with our IT support manager. We needed to get the website online before our holiday season kicked off and Sarah worked to this timescale with ease.
Sarah set up a google advertising campaign and supported our development of keywords to make our website visible to search engines immediately which increased our traffic initially. She also supported us in promoting the new website by suggesting mailshots, footers on emails and advertising on google which increased our customers awareness and attracted people to the site.
We have continued to update and develop the website and have seen an increasing number of new clients (comparing 2008 with 2009) directly from google searches and also use it to communicate final information to customers who have booked and we are now much more flexible to adapt our web content as new holiday dates and venues are added. We add a new gallery after each holiday completes which increases the number of hits and stimulates our customer return rate.
Sarah's support in developing our new website was a holistic approach to our marketing generally, not just a technical exercise and has resulted in a really positive response from our clients. The initial design brief was met and improved as we progressed through the project and we really appreciate her work which has left us with an easy to update website which is expected to fulfill our needs for many years to come!"
